Why we built this

Every growing company has the same problem: too much research, monitoring, and跟进 work for the hours available. A sales team that's great at selling spends half their week doing research nobody has time for.

We built Crew because we believe AI agents should be workers — not toys. They should remember what they've done, keep working while you sleep, and tell you what they found when you're ready to listen.

Crew agents don't need to be babysat. They run on autopilot, surface what matters, and escalate when they need a human.

What we believe

  • Workers, not tools. An agent that only responds when you ask isn't an employee — it's a database. Crew agents work proactively.
  • Transparency by default. Agents report what they're doing. You never wonder what your AI is up to.
  • Depth over breadth. We'd rather have four agents that do their jobs extremely well than forty that half-ass everything.
